Job Description
Sales Engineer maintaining current business and developing new opportunities for H.B. Fuller in China. Focused on implementing business strategies to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- 维护BYD(弗迪科技,弗迪动力,21事业部等)现有业务,并持续开发新的业务
- 积极有效实施公司经营战略,助推业务发展和项目落地,共享销售业绩
- 积极主动寻找客户新的机会并推动业务范围和领域的持续增长
- 与TS, PM和研发部门合作,推出和推广新的产品
- 收集市场信息,积极参与销售活动
- 能及时有效完成上司所委托的相关工作
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历,汽车、化工等相关专业
- 5年以上销售工作经验、具备独立开拓业务能力,有主机厂开拓经验更佳
- 思维明锐,能快速识别客户需求,高效主导业务计划实施,完成销售目标
- 具备良好的职业素养,自我管理能力和自我约束能力强, 能独立自主积极安排和处理日常工作
- 良好的沟通能力,踏实 勤奋 能吃苦 具备团队意识
- 能够适应经常出差
