Job Description
Vertriebsingenieur für Industrie- und Schwerarmaturen bei einem mittelständischen Familienunternehmen. Ausbau von Kunden- und Projektgeschäft in Industrie, Anlagenbau und Chemie.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ARI’s business success in the industrial and chemical sectors
- Expand and develop new and existing customer business, including in the areas of steam boilers, thermal oil, hot water, and chemicals
- Provide technical and commercial advice to investors, operators, plant engineering companies, industrial planners, and industrial distributors
- Develop and implement effective customer strategies based on gaining project insights at the earliest possible stage
- Work collaboratively with inside sales, field sales, product management, and technical sales
- Handle projects, monitor project progress, and successfully secure projects
- Monitor competitors and market developments, including reporting in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical sales and project execution in plant engineering, piping construction, or process engineering
- Sales experience in the chemical industry is desirable
- Ability to build sustainable, long-term business networks
- Strong sales orientation combined with sound commercial understanding
- Results- and closing-oriented approach
- Enthusiasm for the products
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- German language skills required, as the job advertisement and the area of responsibility are German-speaking
