Job Description
Sales Engineer designing healthcare AI integrations and architecture for hospital systems. Demonstrating Aidoc’s clinical AI solutions and managing pre-sales delivery through implementation handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise architecture design, data flow discussions, and healthcare integrations
- Align solutions with hospitals’ IT and AI strategies
- Manage all components of pre-sales activity
- Explain the value of Aidoc solutions to technical and non-technical hospital stakeholders
- Lead high-level and deep-dive architecture and workflow presentations
- Demonstrate the Aidoc product portfolio
- Complete and respond to Vendor Security questionnaires
- Adhere to healthcare security standards and regulations
- Create Solution Design and Implementation plans
- Manage the handoff to the Implementation team
Requirements:
- 5+ years working in the Healthcare IT domain
- In-depth understanding of healthcare industry standards and integration methodologies, including HL7, FHIR, DICOM, API, and XML
- In-depth understanding of server and network infrastructure, including on-prem, cloud, and hybrid configurations
- Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, security requirements, and certifications domestically and internationally
- Solid understanding of database structures and backup processes
- Previous Sales Engineer experience
- Experience providing application demonstrations and Trade Show support
- Experience working in a hospital environment in a clinical or IT role
- In-depth understanding of hospital imaging end-to-end workflow
- Experience with healthcare AI development and integration into healthcare imaging workflows
- Experience responding to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and other Tender requests
- Understanding of the unique requirements of VA and DoD environments
- Understanding of project planning and implementation activities
