Job Description

Account Manager managing customer relationships and driving business growth at RS. Collaborating across teams to provide value-added solutions for industrial sector clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and engage target customers to generate new business
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales data to support forecasting and marketing insights
  • Use data-driven decision-making to ensure compliance with pricing and service agreements
  • Resolve customer issues and partner with teams to improve customer experience and NPS
  • Participate in product trainings, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
  • Uphold company standards and compliance across all processes.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development
  • Proven track record in industrial field sales, preferably in Industry / MRO / Electronics
  • Strong negotiator and communicator; builds effective relationships
  • Results‑driven with solid financial, analytical, and time‑management skills
  • Skilled in procurement understanding, value selling, and meeting KPIs
  • Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.
