Job Description

Sales Executive driving strategic growth in the insurance industry for ReSource Pro. Engaging and converting prospective clients while leveraging deep industry insights and consultative sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal development to contract negotiation and handoff
  • Identify, qualify, and engage non-strategic/small-to-mid-size accounts , leveraging both inbound and self-generated leads
  • Use consultative sales techniques to deliver customized, insight-led messaging and compelling business cases
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Architects, and internal stakeholders to drive pipeline opportunities and close business
  • Be a visible brand advocate: speak at webinars, attend trade shows, and contribute to industry groups to grow our network

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience (insurance, BPO/BPM, or technology-enabled services preferred)
  • 2–5 years of direct insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus
  • Strong consultative selling and territory management skills
  • Skilled in Salesforce and other CRM/sales tools
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales model or similar frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—whether in person or over Zoom
  • Confident in driving negotiations and navigating long sales cycles.
