Job Description
Sales Executive driving business development targeting Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors in Saudi Arabia. Collaborating with EMEA leadership to develop strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas organizations.
- Meet or exceed assigned financial sales targets and quarterly performance goals.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Partner closely with Sales and marketing to execute targeted sales campaigns, creating pipeline within both new prospects and existing accounts.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and networking across all stakeholder levels from end users to senior executives, using value-based selling to address customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regional market segments, regulatory environments, and key applications for Energy Exemplar solutions.
- Perform ongoing market research to identify new prospects, emerging markets, and service opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
- Represent Energy Exemplar in the region through industry events, conferences, and local networks to build brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Collaborate internally with product, technical, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution capabilities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in driving net new enterprise software sales or consulting.
- Significant experience in Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Consistent record of achieving targets and goals in a sales setting.
- Strong customer-facing experience leading enterprise-type customers through business or technology transformations with large account/project management experience.
- Proven track record of success in driving new business sales within a developing or high-growth region.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
