Job Description

Sales Executive driving growth of podcast and public relations services at Kitcaster by Moburst. Responsible for uncovering new clients and managing the sales process end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify client needs and position our services as the right solution when appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling professional services
  • Proven experience in outbound sales - must
  • Experience working with multiple interfaces and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Agency experience - a significant advantage
