Job Description

Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist converting leads from social media for US paving company. Building relationships and maximizing conversion rates in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact new Facebook leads promptly, within 2 to 5 minutes after lead submission
  • Engage with homeowners and property managers to assess their project requirements, including driveways, parking lots, sealcoating, crack filling, paving, and more
  • Provide clear and confident explanations of our services
  • Evaluate leads based on job size, location, timeline, and budget whenever possible
  • Attempt to close smaller jobs, such as sealcoating and crack filling, directly over the phone
  • For larger paving projects, establish trust and encourage scheduling an in-person estimate
  • Effectively communicate our commitment to quality, professionalism, and value
  • Offer information about available financing options
  • Schedule appointments directly using our shared calendar
  • Follow up on missed calls with text messages and additional phone calls
  • Maintain detailed and organized notes for each lead in the CRM or tracking system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales and lead qualification with a track record of converting prospects into qualified conversations or appointments
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication at a C1 level with a clear USA-style accent
  • Experience following lead-qualification and objection-handling processes for outbound sales conversations
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Calendar for scheduling and booking conversations
  • Ability to professionally present services and handle objections with homeowners and property managers
  • Home-office setup with reliable high-speed internet, headset, quiet workspace, and backup internet provider
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Experience with home services (roofing, paving, landscaping), etc
  • Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and proactively in fast-paced sales settings
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing multiple leads
