Job Description
Sales Manager acquiring advertisers and closing high-value deals for AdsKeeper’s global native advertising platform. Driving pipeline growth, partnerships, and measurable revenue impact across performance-marketing markets.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients in alignment with company priorities and product focus
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and closing
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets for volume, quality, and revenue impact
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with advertisers and partners
- Leverage and expand personal networks to unlock new business opportunities
- Focus on the quality and scalability of acquired demand, including ICP and LTV potential
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and conversion rates across sales stages
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine the sales approach
- Gather and share market insights and client feedback for new product and ad-format development
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, affiliates, and partners
- Provide management with regular updates on pipeline, results, and risks
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing or adtech, including Gambling, Dating, or Nutra
- Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem, including traffic sources, affiliate and ad networks, funnels, trackers, and monetization
- Hands-on experience with global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs
- Active participation in industry conferences
- Strong network of advertisers and affiliates
- Proven ability to build a quality pipeline and close high-value deals
- Experience with lead-generation channels and tools such as Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, and AdPlexity
- Deep understanding of native, push, pop, and display ad formats and advertiser needs
- Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
- Hands-on media buying or traffic-running experience is a strong advantage
