Job Description
Commercial Manager responsible for growth in cleaning services across PACA & Occitanie. Joining Diversey's team to enhance client relations and sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Business development
- Develop direct and indirect sales within the cleaning services sector
- Promote our ranges: TASKI machines, tools, floor and surface products
- Actively prospect new clients according to the sales plan
- Implement commercial actions defined by management and national account managers
- Expand product range penetration and introduce new SKUs to existing clients
- Conduct regular visits and maintain close relationships with your clients
- Identify needs, recommend appropriate solutions and provide tailored support
- Ensure follow-up of commercial activities and update information in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Higher vocational diploma (BTS) or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar B2B role, ideally in professional hygiene or the cleaning services sector
- Strong customer service orientation and a consultative approach
- Responsiveness, autonomy and rigor in work organization
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and comfortable with CRM tools
- English language skills are a plus
- Driving license (category B) required — frequent travel across the PACA & Occitanie regions
