Job Description
Sales Manager representing BACHMANN's innovative solutions in Bavaria. Building customer relationships and driving sales strategies with strong autonomy and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Conducting regular product training sessions with our partners
- Planning and participating in trade fairs, industry events and in-house exhibitions
- Analyzing your regional market and proactively identifying opportunities
- Responsible for sales and budget in your territory
- Close collaboration with your field sales team, inside sales, product management and marketing
Requirements:
- Hands-on mentality; proactive, get-things-done attitude
- High self-initiative and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and an open mindset
- Enjoys being on-site with customers
- Valid Class B driving license (car)
- Experience in field sales or the electrical industry (desirable but not required)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) (desirable but not required)
