Job Description
Sales Manager for an expanding Pilates equipment brand in the North UK market. Responsible for driving sales strategy and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of sales strategy, business development, and account management across the UK market
- Develop strong relationships with commercial clients including Pilates studios, gyms, health clubs, and specialist retailers
- Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional product presentations, demonstrations, and training to potential and existing clients
- Maintain a deep understanding of Pilates equipment products, market trends, and competitor activity
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities across the UK
- Collaborate closely with the UK and International Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record, preferably in the fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment sectors
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Personable, proactive and highly self-motivated
- Ability to manage client relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness with a passion for Pilates, fitness, or wellbeing
- Comfortable working to targets, independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required
- Full UK driving licence
