Job Description

Sales Manager for an expanding Pilates equipment brand in the North UK market. Responsible for driving sales strategy and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of sales strategy, business development, and account management across the UK market
  • Develop strong relationships with commercial clients including Pilates studios, gyms, health clubs, and specialist retailers
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional product presentations, demonstrations, and training to potential and existing clients
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Pilates equipment products, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities across the UK
  • Collaborate closely with the UK and International Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in the fitness, wellness, sports, or equipment sectors
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Personable, proactive and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to manage client relationships at all levels
  • Strong commercial awareness with a passion for Pilates, fitness, or wellbeing
  • Comfortable working to targets, independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required
  • Full UK driving licence
