Job Description
Sales Manager driving capital equipment sales opportunities in Turkey and supporting customers in animal feed industry. Manage customer relationships and collaborate with engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Manage and convert capital equipment opportunities generated by aftermarket and marketing teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within the feed, oilseed, industrial, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and industry partners.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information in Salesforce.
- Represent CPM at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical sales.
- Experience within the animal feed industry is strongly preferred; experience in oilseed, grain processing, biomass, or related industries will also be considered.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel throughout Turkey and the region.
