Job Description
Sales Manager at EvenUp leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth in the Northeast. Focusing on cultivating customer relationships and optimizing sales processes for success.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and lead a team of Account Executives
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth plans
- Streamline and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their requirements and aligning EvenUp's solutions to address their pain points
- Establish key performance metrics and analytics to measure sales team performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed targets, and expand customer accounts
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Experience managing managers is a strong bonus
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to shape sales strategies and drive business growth
- Proficient in using data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales operations
