Job Description
Manager of Sales responsible for developing client footprint in North America. Leading a team while driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop a world-class Commercial and SDR team by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values
- Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline, performance, enablement and attainment across your team
- Align and report on key metrics driving the revenue organization from new logo acquisition to revenue retention, pipeline build & conversion
- Support continued refinement of the revenue and marketing organization’s defined playbooks, selling programs and initiatives
- Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations
- Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization
- Support and occasionally lead complex deal negotiations with your team
- Support company diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse workplace to mirror our global customers and communities
- Support onboarding, enablement and employee growth strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years leadership management experience
- 3+ years sales leadership experience
- Previous experience in startup/scale-up environment
- Experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience developing and retaining high-performing sales teams
- Strategic and visionary skill set
- Experience supporting complex deal and contract negotiations
