Job Description

Results-oriented Salesperson at Motion focusing on expanding fuel card services in logistics. Building relationships with trucking companies to optimize operations and reduce fuel costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in the logistics and transportation sectors who can benefit from Motion's fuel card and fleet management solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and ensure they fully utilize the value of our products.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions, progress, and deal closures.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Motion's fuel card program, effectively communicating the value proposition, fuel discounts, and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align efforts, share client feedback, and continuously improve Motion's product offering.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the trucking or logistics industry, with a focus on fuel expenses and fleet management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, presentation software, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
