Job Description
Sales Representative responsible for new business acquisition within Japan's industrial lubrication sector. Building relationships with clients and leading sales territory development.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new B2B customers within an assigned territory
- Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial clients
- Deliver professional product presentations and tailored solutions
- Manage and grow your own sales territory
- Consistently achieve sales and business development targets
- Participate in structured training and coaching programs
- Prepare for future leadership and people-management responsibilities
Requirements:
- Outgoing, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Proven stability in personal, professional, or academic background
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is not required — full training is provided
- Valid full driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic computer skills and internet access
