Job Description
Sales Representative for QualdocMFG's customer base in U.S. manufacturing market, responsible for generating leads and managing relationships with U.S. clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads within the U.S. industrial, aerospace, automotive, and defense markets.
- Communicate directly with U.S. customers via phone, video calls, and email — understanding their needs and providing tailored manufacturing solutions.
- Understand customer technical drawings, manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials to accurately match projects with capable suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and supplier quality teams to ensure accurate quoting and successful project delivery.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and quoting to purchase order and follow-up.
- Maintain CRM data, prepare weekly reports, and track pipeline activity.
- Represent QualdocMFG’s brand professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — able to interact confidently with U.S. engineers and buyers.
- Solid technical understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and related manufacturing processes.
- Prior experience in manufacturing sales, sourcing, or supplier management (preferred: experience with companies like Xometry, Protolabs, or Fictiv).
- Ability to read and discuss engineering drawings (GD&T, tolerances, materials, finishes).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Experience working across time zones and managing communication with U.S.-based clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
