Job Description
Sales Representative converting prospective clients into Berry Law clients via white-glove service. Focusing on sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets
- Deliver a white-glove intake experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions
- Execute Berry Law’s proven sales process
- Contribute to a high-performance, competitive team environment
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales or other competitive environments
- Experience in customer service, sales, athletics, or leadership roles
- Comfortable working with sales metrics and performance targets
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
