Job Description

Sales Support Associate responsible for administrative support and coordination with sales leadership. Join an innovative healthcare technology company revolutionizing rehab therapy businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our sales team
  • Supporting our Sales Leadership team
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
  • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
  • Attending all of the Director’s demos and taking detailed notes for review after the meetings
  • Drafting emails on behalf of the Director and following up with clients on an as needed basis
  • Creating tasks in HubSpot to assist with next course of action for leaders as well as managing sales-related emails in HubSpot
  • Assisting members of the sales team at conferences by helping them with their presentations, materials, and logistics to ensure a smooth and successful event
  • Organizing all of the Director’s meetings and ensuring they are prepared with any necessary information
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team
  • Collaborating with team members and management in recommending and implementing improvement opportunities
  • Identifying areas of process improvement for sales operations
  • Being able to pivot quickly with changes to processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated history of being highly organized and detail oriented
  • Solid critical thinking and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, shift gears quickly, and meet deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professional composure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and management.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and procedures
  • Must be an extremely competent, advanced user of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Chili Piper, and other relevant tools
  • Advanced skills in Google workspace, Slack, HubSpot
  • Potential to travel at least 1-2 conferences a year
