Job Description

Sales Support & Deal Progression Specialist fully remote in property solutions. Managing deal progression efficiently from initial agreement to completion with detailed records.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members in progressing active deals
  • Onboard new clients and gather all required documentation
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders to obtain redemption figures
  • Contact estate agents to verify property values
  • Communicate with solicitors and third parties throughout the process
  • Ensure all due diligence checks are completed accurately
  • Maintain detailed, structured records within the CRM system
  • Proactively move deals through each stage to completion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the property sector (e.g. estate agency, conveyancing, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end property sales process
  • Confident communicating with estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
