Job Description
Sales Support & Deal Progression Specialist fully remote in property solutions. Managing deal progression efficiently from initial agreement to completion with detailed records.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in progressing active deals
- Onboard new clients and gather all required documentation
- Liaise with mortgage lenders to obtain redemption figures
- Contact estate agents to verify property values
- Communicate with solicitors and third parties throughout the process
- Ensure all due diligence checks are completed accurately
- Maintain detailed, structured records within the CRM system
- Proactively move deals through each stage to completion
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the property sector (e.g. estate agency, conveyancing, or similar)
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end property sales process
- Confident communicating with estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
