Job Description
Sales Support Representative converting warm leads into chiropractic appointments. Role focuses on outbound calling, meeting KPIs, and providing a high-energy customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and convert a high volume of warm leads through outbound calling, with a strong focus on securing booked appointments.
- Respond to inbound enquiries across phone, email, social, and online channels while prioritising outbound follow-up to maximise conversion.
- Qualify leads by identifying needs, addressing objections, and guiding prospects toward booking.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to communicate the value and benefits of chiropractic services.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs relating to call volume, bookings, and conversion outcomes.
- Maintain structured and persistent follow-up across all active leads.
- Accurately record lead interactions, outcomes, and next steps within the CRM system.
- Track performance against key metrics including contact rate, booking rate, and attendance outcomes.
- Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring strong attendance through confirmations and reminders.
- Coordinate with chiropractors and clinic staff to support appointment availability and utilisation.
- Provide clear guidance on pricing, packages, and payment options to support conversion.
- Process payments where required.
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and high-energy customer experience throughout the patient journey.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Other position-level duties as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, call centre, appointment setting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales, booking, or conversion targets.
- Strong objection handling, closing, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience working in healthcare, allied health, wellness, or patient services environments is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting the US market is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large volume of leads effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management, follow-up tracking, and activity recording.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient and appointment information.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with incentive and bonus structures.
