Job Description

Sales Support Specialist assisting the sales team and developing new customer segments. Providing support in quotations and proposals, focusing on customer needs and CRM operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Partner network
  • Quotation Requests
  • Proposal Preparation
  • Updating CRM
  • Setting up appointments
  • Communicate ZOLL Medical's value proposition and tailor to customer needs
  • Cold-calling potential customers

Requirements:

  • Ideally two years of experience in an Inside Sales, Lead Development or Account Management role
  • Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Proven experience using the internet to conduct research
  • Ability to perform individually with specific direction and manage time efficiently
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications is a plus
