Job Description
Sales Support Specialist assisting the sales team and developing new customer segments. Providing support in quotations and proposals, focusing on customer needs and CRM operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Partner network
- Quotation Requests
- Proposal Preparation
- Updating CRM
- Setting up appointments
- Communicate ZOLL Medical's value proposition and tailor to customer needs
- Cold-calling potential customers
Requirements:
- Ideally two years of experience in an Inside Sales, Lead Development or Account Management role
- Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Proven experience using the internet to conduct research
- Ability to perform individually with specific direction and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications is a plus
