Job Description
Scheduler coordinating utility-scale solar, battery-storage, and repowering project schedules for DEPCOM Power. Supporting construction, engineering, business development, and execution teams.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain schedules for a portfolio of Solar projects
- Partner with business development and execution teams on coordination and scheduling of multiple Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects
- Use scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand
- Work with project execution teams to optimize project execution plans and minimize risk
- Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide mutually suitable schedules
- Act as an internal subject matter expert in schedule-related contract negotiations
- Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Understanding of scheduling best practices
- Experience with scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6)
- This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship
- Experience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage industries
- Scheduling experience in a construction industry
