Job Description
Construction Scheduler developing and analyzing schedules for Integra’s turnkey mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. Coordinating progress, risks, resources, and reporting with project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for construction projects
- Baseline project schedules
- Collaborate with project teams, project managers, superintendents, contractors, and clients to gain status and align schedules
- Track and input project progress
- Generate scheduling and status reports
- Support senior schedulers with schedule analysis
- Document schedule changes, change orders, delays, and adjustments
- Identify project schedule risks and mitigation measures
- Conduct schedule reviews and project update meetings
- Perform critical path analysis
- Assist with resource allocation and schedule forecasting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field required
- Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as P6 or Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including anticipating and mitigating scheduling conflicts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, terminology, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in both office and construction site environments
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings or weekends, if necessary
