Job Description
Construction Scheduler developing and monitoring schedules for Integra's turnkey mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. Collaborating with project teams, analyzing critical paths, and mitigating schedule risks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for construction projects
- Baseline project schedules
- Collaborate with project teams to gather status and track progress
- Input progress into schedules and generate scheduling reports
- Support Senior Schedulers with schedule analysis
- Document schedule changes
- Identify project schedule risks and mitigation strategies
- Attend project update meetings
- Interface with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays and conflicts
- Conduct schedule reviews and risk assessment meetings
- Provide critical path analysis
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
- Manage scheduling-related documentation, including change orders, delays, and adjustments
- Assist with resource allocation and schedule forecasting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout construction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field required
- Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar construction-industry role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as P6 and Primavera
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, terminology, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in office and construction site environments
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings or weekends, when necessary to meet project deadlines
