Job Description

Construction Scheduler developing and monitoring schedules for Integra's turnkey mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. Collaborating with project teams, analyzing critical paths, and mitigating schedule risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for construction projects
  • Baseline project schedules
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather status and track progress
  • Input progress into schedules and generate scheduling reports
  • Support Senior Schedulers with schedule analysis
  • Document schedule changes
  • Identify project schedule risks and mitigation strategies
  • Attend project update meetings
  • Interface with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays and conflicts
  • Conduct schedule reviews and risk assessment meetings
  • Provide critical path analysis
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
  • Manage scheduling-related documentation, including change orders, delays, and adjustments
  • Assist with resource allocation and schedule forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout construction projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field required
  • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar construction-industry role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as P6 and Primavera
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, terminology, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work in office and construction site environments
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings or weekends, when necessary to meet project deadlines
