Job Description

Scheduling Engineer with expertise in incident management and service support at EY. Proactively resolving service issues and enhancing service quality through analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively anticipates service issues before they occur and able to make recommendations around resolution
  • Proactively monitor and manage service specific components
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously
  • Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions
  • Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of total IT experience
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies
  • Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow
  • Good support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support
  • Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies
  • Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting and automation experience using scripts
  • Copilot or Agentic AI experience
