Job Description
Scheduling Engineer with expertise in incident management and service support at EY. Proactively resolving service issues and enhancing service quality through analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively anticipates service issues before they occur and able to make recommendations around resolution
- Proactively monitor and manage service specific components
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously
- Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions
- Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution
Requirements:
- 7+ years of total IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies
- Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow
- Good support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support
- Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
- Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies
- Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting and automation experience using scripts
- Copilot or Agentic AI experience
