Job Description
Screening Solutions Specialist driving Cologuard adoption across Jenkintown-area medical practices. Building healthcare relationships and account plans to improve colorectal cancer screening outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Generate insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscapes to identify opportunities
- Analyze treatment journeys and identify account opportunities with healthcare professionals
- Build account relationships with clinical stakeholders and administrators
- Capture customer interactions, point-of-contact information, sales activities, market intelligence, and funnel data in CRM
- Synthesize data using Engage CRM, Excel, Tableau, and research to make data-driven account decisions
- Develop and implement business and account plans to increase product visibility, awareness, acceptance, and sales growth
- Execute customer-specific pre- and post-call engagement approaches with internal stakeholders
- Educate physicians and stakeholders on products, value propositions, clinical studies, marketing aids, and screening importance
- Drive growth by prioritizing high-potential customers and uncovering unmet needs
- Gather customer feedback on experience, service, satisfaction, and value
- Coordinate account plans and targeted tactics with Account Managers, Area Manager, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Internal Sales Support
- Communicate customer needs and opportunities internally to mobilize resources and shape solutions
- Uphold ethical, professional, quality, regulatory, and company standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience OR 1+ years of sales experience plus 1+ years in a healthcare setting or related field OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or above
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months
- No alcohol or drug-related driving event in the last 36 months
- Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship
- Preferred: 2+ years of medical device or diagnostics sales experience
- Preferred: Experience working with primary care physicians
- Preferred: Commissioned, tangible product sales background
- Preferred: Computer technology expertise specific to sales
- Preferred: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools
- Strong verbal and written communication, questioning, listening, presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work designated schedules, nights and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, computers, and telephone simultaneously
- Ability to travel locally daily and occasionally overnight
