Job Description

SDR Assistant supporting Dadosfera's commercial team in outbound prospecting and lead qualification activities. Proactive role aimed at identifying potential clients and generating qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct active outbound prospecting via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels;
  • Reach out to cold leads and support lead qualification activities according to the company's ideal customer profile;
  • Assist with initial outreach strategies to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team;
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with contact information, interaction history, and opportunity status;
  • Support prospecting routines, sales cadences, and contact processes;
  • Monitor outreach activities and performance metrics such as contact volume and meetings scheduled;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve prospecting messages and approaches;
  • Handle objections and high-volume outreach activities with organization and resilience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, SDR support, inside sales, pre-sales, call center, or related commercial activities;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organized and results-oriented;
  • Ability to initiate conversations and interact confidently with potential customers;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems;
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and follow-up routines simultaneously.
