Job Description

Senior Account Executive managing hotel partnerships for a fast-growing global travel platform. Focusing on sourcing hotel inventory and expanding market presence in the hotel sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Own performance and KPIs for an assigned region, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Prospect new hotel partners through external research, networking, and internal tools.
  • Position and pitch the value proposition to new partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Move leads through the full sales funnel quickly, qualifying and adding net new hosts to hit quarterly goals.
  • Launch new markets, including supporting lead generation and coordinating cross functionally with internal teams.
  • Support hotel onboarding for won deals to ensure a smooth partner experience.
  • Build and execute scalable strategies that drive maximum impact across a diverse base of hotel and serviced apartment partners.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with hotel decision makers and confidently represent the platform.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in sales and/or account management, ideally at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and a fast-moving style.
  • Ability to manage constantly shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines without losing momentum.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partners and build strong external relationships.
  • Capacity to balance day-to-day execution with longer-term strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in English.
