Job Description

Seeking Inbound Sales support with a focus on lead management and client onboarding for ZEP GmbH's B2B SaaS solutions. Collaborative role engaging with multiple stakeholders within the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • Take over and further develop pre-qualified leads and accompany them throughout the entire sales funnel — from the first contact to initial setup. Important: With us you do not have to do cold calling!
  • Conduct product demos, needs analyses and presentations for HR, IT and C-level stakeholders in German mid-market companies (Mittelstand).
  • Identify, map and evaluate product requirements and derive tailored solution approaches within our SaaS platform.
  • Provide active support during the early onboarding process after contract signing to ensure a successful start with our software and a smooth handover to Customer Success & Support.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing and our Co-CEO to provide market feedback and help shape product and sales strategy.
  • Independently manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Use and maintain our sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, MS Office, Notion) to structure your pipeline and document your activities.
  • Represent the company to potential customers — you will be one of the faces of our sales team.
  • Actively contribute to brand awareness within the Mittelstand through feedback loops, market monitoring and continuously contributing your own ideas.

Requirements:

  • Strong market knowledge of the German Mittelstand, ideally from previous work with project service providers (approx. 25+ employees).
  • At least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, e.g., in roles such as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative.
  • Proven sales success and a high intrinsic motivation to identify revenue opportunities and exceed your targets.
  • Enthusiasm for direct customer contact and confident management of complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, C-level).
  • High technical affinity — for our software as well as modern sales tools; confident handling of CRM systems, especially HubSpot, as well as MS Office and Notion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (C2) and English (at least B1+), both written and verbal.
  • High adaptability — you contribute your own ideas, embrace change openly and see challenges as opportunities for personal growth.
  • Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
