Job Description

Senior Account Manager in skilled trades staffing, driving sales and managing client relationships. Generating new customer accounts and ensuring revenue growth in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue
  • Prospect new business, manage pipeline and sales funnel using HubSpot
  • Cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors
  • Drive consistent quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in skilled trades staffing outside sales
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client management within the construction industry
  • Experience managing an annual sales portfolio of at least $2M
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills
  • Highly responsive and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
