Job Description
Senior Account Manager in skilled trades staffing, driving sales and managing client relationships. Generating new customer accounts and ensuring revenue growth in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue
- Prospect new business, manage pipeline and sales funnel using HubSpot
- Cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors
- Drive consistent quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in skilled trades staffing outside sales
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client management within the construction industry
- Experience managing an annual sales portfolio of at least $2M
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
