Job Description
Affiliate and Partnerships Manager driving real affiliate sales and managing partnerships with influencers. Responsible for recruiting and managing affiliates and structuring commission programs in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with leadership to build a high-performing affiliate sales engine
- Recruiting and managing affiliates
- Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers and celebrities
- Structuring lucrative commission programs
- Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships
- Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance
- Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred
- Proven track record with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers or celebrity partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Performance-driven mindset
- Must be able to work full-time remote
