Job Description

Relationship Manager at VIAFON, central contact for clients, managing project success and client relationships. Responsible for sales, budget management, and client retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for clients (contracting parties)
  • Manage a dedicated client portfolio
  • Responsibility for appointment-scheduling and sales projects
  • Client management & communication
  • Conduct regular reviews
  • Organize and conduct client visits
  • Act as emergency contact for all relevant client matters
  • Project and process responsibility
  • Control and monitor ongoing projects
  • Ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery
  • Serve as process manager for customer-specific processes
  • Budget and revenue responsibility
  • Responsible for budgets and the commercial success of client projects
  • Responsible for invoicing and monitoring financial metrics
  • Identify and implement up- and cross-selling opportunities
  • Actively manage account development to increase revenue
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Early identification of risks in client relationships
  • Proactively implement measures to improve client retention and prevent churn
