Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager focusing on customer retention and expansion at LucidLink, engaging with clients to drive long-term value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow some of our most valuable customer accounts.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion by ensuring customers realize long-term value from our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, support, and engineering teams to foster loyalty and growth across customer portfolios.
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% retention rate for both logo retention and revenue retention within 12 to 18 months.
  • Reach an expansion revenue target of approximately 135% of the existing customer base.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in building strong client relationships and delivering customer value.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, support, and technical teams to drive customer success.
  • A business owner and “lifelong learner" mindset with the ability to adapt to change and deliver results.
