Job Description
Account Manager providing excellent customer service to policyholders and prospects. Assisting with coverage changes and managing client needs in a fast-paced insurance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and prospects
- Assist clients with coverage changes in an automated environment
- Review entire account during each client contact
- Inform and educate clients about policy coverage and changes
- Provide technical support to benefit clients and achieve business goals
- Manage clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items
- Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed for account review
- Verify accuracy of policy and policy change information
- Process incoming mail requests and act promptly
- Verify accuracy of direct billed cancellations and take corrective action
- Set priorities and manage workflow for efficient processing
Requirements:
- 3+ years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, with 5+ years experience preferred
- Must have an active P&C License
- Experience using Applied Epic strongly preferred
- Comfortable with on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
