Job Description
Senior Account Manager managing strategic clients with a focus on international transactions at DRUMMOND. Strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth through effective account management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact;
- Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth;
- Lead executive meetings and present performance (QBRs, reports, etc.);
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and propose consultative solutions;
- Monitor performance metrics (churn, NPS, revenue, engagement, etc.);
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (CX, operations, finance);
- Anticipate risks and act proactively to retain accounts;
- Ensure excellence across the entire customer journey (onboarding, ongoing success, and renewals).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager;
- Demonstrated track record managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth;
- Strong communication and client relationship skills;
- Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset;
- Experience negotiating and managing contract renewals;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment;
- Advanced proficiency in English (particularly for reading, writing, and meetings — if applicable).
