Job Description

Senior Account Manager managing strategic clients with a focus on international transactions at DRUMMOND. Strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth through effective account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact;
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth;
  • Lead executive meetings and present performance (QBRs, reports, etc.);
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and propose consultative solutions;
  • Monitor performance metrics (churn, NPS, revenue, engagement, etc.);
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (CX, operations, finance);
  • Anticipate risks and act proactively to retain accounts;
  • Ensure excellence across the entire customer journey (onboarding, ongoing success, and renewals).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager;
  • Demonstrated track record managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth;
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills;
  • Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset;
  • Experience negotiating and managing contract renewals;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment;
  • Advanced proficiency in English (particularly for reading, writing, and meetings — if applicable).
