Job Description
Senior Associate optimizing transfer operations at Wealthsimple. Performing analysis to streamline processes and enhance data management for financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform structured analysis to continuously optimize transfer speeds and completion rates
- Analyze current-state workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and design streamlined future-state processes
- Utilize LLMs (like Claude) as a daily companion to analyze massive datasets
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track the health of transfer pipelines
- Proactively identify opportunities to replace manual touchpoints with high-leverage automations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in heavily analytical, cross-functional roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BizOps, Product Operations, or Revenue/Sales Ops)
- A proven track record of owning a macro-metric (e.g., processing SLAs, conversion rates, or operational efficiency)
- Strong ability to write SQL to self-serve, extract, and segment data
- You are a power user of AI tools
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams
