Job Description
Sr. Automation Test Engineer specializing in automation frameworks and CI/CD at Gainwell. Collaborating with teams to resolve healthcare challenges while ensuring quality in software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks.
- Define automation standards, best practices, and coverage goals.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
- Evaluate tools and technologies to improve automation efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews for automation scripts.
- Lead root cause analysis for complex defects.
- Mentor and support mid-level and junior QA engineers.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of QA experience with strong emphasis on automation.
- Advanced experience with modern automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong coding skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Extensive experience with API, integration, and regression testing.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product leadership.
- Preferred Qualifications: Performance or load testing experience (JMeter, Gatling).
- Cloud-native testing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Prior experience leading automation initiatives.
