Job Description

Senior Client Executive managing sales and client relationships for AI-driven healthcare solutions. Building strategic partnerships and optimizing client satisfaction for a tech-focused healthcare firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline and forecast sales and/or client management for large, complex clients; meet or exceed revenue and margin targets for assigned clients
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Lyric products, health plan IT, payment integrity, competitive landscape, market trends, and client contracting process
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers and influencers
  • Effectively communicate to all audiences in all formats
  • Develop and maintain client strategy based on understanding clients’ goals and business environment

Requirements:

  • At least 10 yrs sales and/or strategic client management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client environments and secure buy-in from multiple cross-functional groups
  • Ability to move clients to action and close deals with mutual value realization
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including strong executive presence
  • Ability to lead multi-functional efforts with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels (working team all the way to C-Level executive leaders)
  • Experience selling to and maintaining strong multi-functional relationships with major health plans
