Job Description

Senior Client Success Manager serving as the key link between enterprise clients and internal teams in Germany. Managing onboarding processes and steering complex enterprise projects with focus on the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

  • After contract signing, you act as the central interface between our enterprise clients and PriceHubble’s internal teams.
  • You assume overall responsibility for the onboarding process — from contract signature to production go-live.
  • You coordinate the technical integration with the client’s IT teams and ensure our solution is not only installed but fully embedded in their workflows.
  • You manage pilot and rollout phases with clear project logic: milestones, risk management, escalation paths — and keep full control of the process.
  • You identify deviations and areas of tension early and address them with concrete solution proposals before they become problems.
  • You are the primary escalation contact and the main trusted advisor for sponsors on the client side.
  • You lead steering committees, governance meetings and executive reviews with the necessary poise in German, at the depth DACH financial institutions expect.
  • You define KPI frameworks at project start and continuously track whether the client is on course — not only technically, but regarding real business value.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting complex enterprise projects — ideally in a SaaS, IT, or consulting environment, with a focus on banking or insurance in the DACH region.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships at the project-lead level — with the seniority to engage as an equal; meetings with the C-suite do not intimidate you.
  • Structured, KPI-driven working style with a clear eye for risks, dependencies and escalation needs.
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain complex concepts simply, manage expectations and conduct difficult conversations with confidence.
  • Proactive, independent personality with a high degree of ownership — you don’t wait for instructions, you shape outcomes.
  • German C2 (minimum) and professional-level English.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
