Job Description

Senior Compensation Sales Incentive Design Professional at Humana developing and managing incentive plans. Leading design and evaluation of incentive programs for sales effectiveness and talent retention.

Responsibilities:

  • develops, implements, and administers incentive programs
  • guide and assist the incentive plan design, implementation, and assessment process
  • utilize best practices in working with the Design Compensation leaders
  • create and implement incentive plans that drive results
  • support design, documentation and communication for sales incentive plans
  • lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with the company's business objectives
  • conduct plan effectiveness evaluations and analyze incentive performance data on a quarterly basis
  • work with internal compensation partners, evaluate and monitor pay positioning and target total cash levels
  • provide guidance to Compensation Leadership on plan design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced PowerPoint experience
  • 3 or more years of data analysis or analytics experience
  • Previous project management experience, managing large-scale projects and prioritizing
  • Previous experience Varicent
  • Previous Healthcare Industry experience
