Job Description
Senior Compensation Sales Incentive Design Professional at Humana developing and managing incentive plans. Leading design and evaluation of incentive programs for sales effectiveness and talent retention.
Responsibilities:
- develops, implements, and administers incentive programs
- guide and assist the incentive plan design, implementation, and assessment process
- utilize best practices in working with the Design Compensation leaders
- create and implement incentive plans that drive results
- support design, documentation and communication for sales incentive plans
- lead the design of incentive plans to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with the company's business objectives
- conduct plan effectiveness evaluations and analyze incentive performance data on a quarterly basis
- work with internal compensation partners, evaluate and monitor pay positioning and target total cash levels
- provide guidance to Compensation Leadership on plan design
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced PowerPoint experience
- 3 or more years of data analysis or analytics experience
- Previous project management experience, managing large-scale projects and prioritizing
- Previous experience Varicent
- Previous Healthcare Industry experience
