Job Description
Solutions Consultant designing procurement solutions and leading RFP/RFI processes for WNS, an AI-powered intelligent operations and transformation company. Developing proposals, frameworks, and client-facing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts across operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, and Human Resources to create and design solutions for prospective and existing clients
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI processes for allocated deals in industry verticals with the Procurement practice
- Ensure RFP/RFI responses clearly articulate WNS's value proposition and credentials against client requirements across geographies
- Develop content for case studies, competency documents, brochures, corporate and domain-specific presentations
- Identify business development opportunities across the value chain and build solution frameworks
- Drive greater farming penetration through proactive solution development
- Participate in special and strategic projects
- Strive toward allocated revenue targets
- Coordinate and lead client visits and company facility tours
Requirements:
- Post Graduate/Graduate qualification
- Minimum 6+ years of working experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in a Solutions role
- Deep understanding of business processes and an offshore business environment
- Proven client management skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
- Analytical mindset to understand customer requirements in a service industry and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong domain expertise across sourcing, contracting, and transactional procurement
