Job Description
Senior Consulting Engineer designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions at CDW. Providing mentorship and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the design, integration, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Provide mentorship, guidance and technical leadership to engineers
- Conduct advanced and complex ServiceNow engineering-related studies
- Maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor
- Participate in a variety of sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 + years total Information Technology experience
- Or, 9 + years total Information Technology experience
- 3 + years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions specifically
- Strong organizational, time-management , problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Ability to design and architect ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow specific certifications (CSA, CAD or CIS in domains), a plus
