Job Description
ServiceNow Developer focused on developing, configuring, and customizing applications on the platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine.
- Design and implement solutions in the Employee Portal, delivering an intuitive and responsive experience for employees.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with defined standards.
- Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
- Support the analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and improvements related to ServiceNow applications.
- Participate in code reviews, technical estimations, and agile planning meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a developer on the ServiceNow platform (Mid-level or Senior).
- Proficiency with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Data Modeling, UI Builder, and related components.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Center / Employee Portal (configuration, customization, and integration).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience creating custom applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
