Job Description

ServiceNow Developer focused on developing, configuring, and customizing applications on the platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine.
  • Design and implement solutions in the Employee Portal, delivering an intuitive and responsive experience for employees.
  • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with defined standards.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Support the analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and improvements related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical estimations, and agile planning meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a developer on the ServiceNow platform (Mid-level or Senior).
  • Proficiency with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Data Modeling, UI Builder, and related components.
  • Hands-on experience with Employee Center / Employee Portal (configuration, customization, and integration).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience creating custom applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
