Job Description
Lead credentialing and payer enrollment functions at Rula, a mental healthcare organization. Drive operational excellence and manage teams focused on accurate provider enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one of Rula’s most critical operational functions
- Manage and develop a team of specialists
- Own end-to-end credentialing and enrollment outcomes
- Partner across the company to ensure providers are credentialed and enrolled accurately, compliantly, and efficiently
- Shape how Rula brings high-quality care to patients with payer partners
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience leading provider credentialing, payer enrollment functions within a high-volume, multi-payer healthcare environment, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes
- Deep provider credentialing & payer enrollment expertise at a healthcare company, with a strong understanding of ongoing regulatory requirements, payer variations, audits, government credentialing, etc.
- Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing teams, including setting expectations, 1:1 coaching, and delivering performance feedback across operational functions
- Proficiency utilizing Excel/GSheets, with an ability to create pivot tables, basic visualizations, VLOOKUPS to build, interpret, and act on complex datasets autonomously to tell accurate stories and drive business decisions
