Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager guiding customers through the 1Password lifecycle and increasing customer retention. Working proactively to advocate for customer needs in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- guide Mid Market Teams and Business customers through established best practices
- act as the customer champion and advocate
- increase awareness of customer needs and priorities
- support customers in seeing the value of their investment with 1Password
- drive towards their adoption goals through proactive and reactive customer engagement
- Follows defined outreach and follow-up communication processes
- synthesize and log findings from customer discussions
Requirements:
- A proven track record with a 5 years experience in revenue generating roles
- Strong communication skills over email, the phone, and video call
- Experience with and passion for helping people or businesses use software
- You're technically savvy and enjoy learning new products
- You have experience in working closely with C-Level executives
- Guiding customers through their lifecycle through email, webinars, and customized sessions
- Supports customers within their book of business through the annual renewal process
- You have experience managing revenue retention as your key metric
