Job Description
Delivery Manager leading IT projects for Nagarro, ensuring client success through innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Delivery End-to-End: Own the full lifecycle of IT services and projects, from planning and execution to client satisfaction.
- Drive Client Success: Build trusted relationships, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for additional services or solutions.
- Financial & Contract Ownership: Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts, ensuring profitable, compliant delivery.
- Inspire & Lead Teams: Coach, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Champion Traceable & Scalable Processes: Implement project management best practices, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and repeatable success.
- Innovate & Grow: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, propose new ways to enhance delivery models, improve client outcomes, and expand business impact.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience leading IT service delivery in client-facing roles.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities and act on them.
- Strategic thinker with operational rigor.
- Client-focused and outcome-driven.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
