Job Description
Senior Email Marketing Specialist managing email strategy to nurture leads and drive conversions for a global property management company. Responsible for building automation workflows and optimizing email campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and optimize the email marketing and lead nurturing strategy
- Plan, write, and optimize email copy for educational, nurturing, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Design and structure email templates to maximize engagement and readability
- Build and manage automated workflows and sequences (lead nurturing, re-engagement, follow-ups, lost leads)
- Segment audiences based on behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage
- Ensure email campaigns support business objectives by driving call bookings for the sales team
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions)
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize content, structure, timing, and automation logic
- Maintain list health, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing (B2C preferred)
- Proven experience building and managing nurturing and automation workflows
- Strong copywriting skills focused on education, persuasion, and conversion
- Clear understanding of the lead nurturing process and its role in the sales funnel
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp automation, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results.
