Job Description

Senior Engagement Manager guiding strategic OneStream enterprise finance implementations. Managing client relationships, project economics, delivery, and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic resource within the OneStream client base
  • Present solution options and plans to deliver OneStream solutions efficiently and effectively
  • Manage strategic implementation projects based on client size, industry, billable revenue, complexity, and global presence
  • Partner with Sales, Services, and Support teams to manage expectations and ensure client referenceability and retention
  • Identify additional opportunities for OneStream within client organizations
  • Manage engagement economics and coordinate with other OneStream service lines across multiple accounts
  • Provide full-scope project management from initiation through planning, execution, control, and closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules covering scope, quality, time, and budget
  • Communicate progress, issues, and risks to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and document scope changes affecting project budgets and schedules
  • Apply OneStream's engagement methodology and serve as focal point for partner-led projects
  • Maintain relationships with third-party partners and vendors
  • Build relationships with practice directors, regional sales directors, and clients to support consulting service and software license sales
  • Support local sales pipeline-filling events, including CPM seminars and webinars
  • Assist implementation workstreams, oversee project budgets, review deliverables for quality, and oversee improvements to project management tools
  • Support onboarding and engagement initiatives, identify staffing requirements, maintain project staffing levels, participate in recruitment, and mentor new team members
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Waterline, PRIME, and other methodologies
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent area of study
  • 12–15 years of related work experience, including implementing complex software solutions
  • 8+ years of project management experience or equivalent level of technology project lead experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project or related project management software tools
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present complex topics in an easily digestible manner
  • Excellent ability to coach and mentor junior team members
  • Ability to discuss prior engagements with prospects and facilitate or participate in reference calls
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in group settings
  • Ability to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
  • Regular travel availability of approximately 80%–100%
